DATE AND TIMES CHANGED DUE TO WEATHER!
Ashwood Waldorf School’s fifteenth annual All Hallows’ Eve Walk will take place at the school on MONDAY, October 31, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
This is a free, family event, where all are invited to discover an enchanted forest full of magical, mysterious characters. Young children and their parents may wend their way along a path and view scenes from myths, legends, and fairy tales. The mood is festive, not scary (although visitors may encounter a large spider at walk's end!). Everyone is encouraged to come in costume, preferably homemade; please avoid frightening masks or costumes.
There will be two guided walks during the evening: at 5:10 and 5:45 p.m. After the walks, there will be storytelling for younger children, and for those ages 9-14 yrs. Music and a bonfire round out the evening
To preserve the enchanted mood of the event we kindly ask that there be no flash photography, flashlights, or cell phones.
Hard rain cancels; check Ashwood Waldorf School's Facebook page to confirm.
Ashwood Waldorf School is located at 180 Park St. in Rockport. For questions, phone 207-236-8021.
