BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 10 - Dec. 3.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Nov. 10

Albert Russell, 40, of Holden, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Bangor Road in Frankfort.

Nov. 15

Robert Seger Jr., 35, of Frankfort, was arrested for failure to appear. 

Thomas Nichols, 56, of Waldoboro, was arrested for failure to appear. 

Dec. 3

Zachary Lunt, 27, of Unity, was arrested for domestic violence assault in Unity.
