CAMDEN — Merryspring Nature Center will host an Early Winter Ecology Walk on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 10 a.m.

Nature-lovers of all ages are invited to watch for winter birds, look for and identify animal tracks, learn about winter animal behavior and other signs of winter.

This program is part of the Free Family Programs series at Merryspring, sponsored by Camden Riverhouse Hotel.

Space is limited, and guests must pre-register by contacting Merryspring at 207-236-2239 or info@merryspring.org.

Guests should wear weather-appropriate clothing and shoes, and be prepared to walk for one hour on trails that include hills. In the event of heavy rain or snow, this program may be rescheduled.

Merryspring is your community nature center offering walking trails, cultivated gardens, wildlife, and ecology and horticulture educational programs all year round.
