Linda Ripley Pressey, 65, died Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at Maine General Medical Center, where she had been a patient.

Linda was born in Camden on September 27, 1953, the daughter of Clyde and Virginia (Pendleton) Ripley.  She graduated from Belfast Area High School in 1972. 

She married Raymond Pressey Oct 6, 1979, having met Ray through Virginia when they attended TOPS.  She lived in Waterville for the past 39 years.  She worked at Thayer Hospital for 18 years.  She was unit manager for Arnold Trail Service Unit Girl Scouts.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond, her daughter Angelia, and husband TJ Hickman, of Waterville. Her siblings Richard, and his wife Rina Ripley, and Alicia Rogers. Nephews and niece Justin and Patti Ripley, and Harry Rogers.  She is also survived by her adoptive children Amber, Shannon, and Matt.  She survived by four special grandchildren, Peanut Butter (Alyssa), Bella, Evan, and Ella. She leaves behind two special cats Meeko and Jasmine.

A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m., November 17th at Winslow Baptist Church, Winslow, Maine.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family to help with final expenses would be appreciated.
