BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity July 20-30.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 20

Dakota Hustus, 27, was arrested for violating a protective order on Ryan Road.

July 22

Byrlynne Ellis, 46, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Northport Ave. 

July 23

Tony Heath, 56, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unlawful sexual touching on Martin Lane. 

July 29

Glenn Reed, 51, of Belfast, was issued a summons for harassment on Waldo Ave.
