NEWPORT — The Mount View and Belfast track and field programs traveled Wednesday, May 19 to Newport to participate in a meet hosted by Nokomis. 

In the girls division, Belfast placed first with 179 points while Mount View placed second with 66. 

In the boys division, Belfast placed first with 233 points while Mount View placed third with 38 points.
