BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 11 - July 1.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 11
William Moulton, 31, of Millinocket, was issued a summons for terrorizing on White Orchard Road in Frankfort.
June 15
Joshua C. Coley, 26, of China, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit on Route 3 in Searsmont.
June 21
Michael A. Grant, 26, of Brooks, was issued a summons for exceeding the speed limit by 30+ mph on Weymouth Road in Morrill.
June 22
Raymond Oakes-Labre, 22, of Winslow, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Center Road in Montville.
John Merrithew, 47, of Searsport, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Route 7 in Brooks.
