Rockland Public Library’s Children’s Halloween Party, aka Halloween Hootenanny, will be held Thursday, Oct. 23, from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m., in the library's Community Room. Join Miss Katie for silly Halloween stories, six MONSTER-ous crafts, and more.
Costumes are encouraged. (You know Miss Katie will be wearing one.)
