Kevin Burns, 62, of Vinalhaven, domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, $250 fine; obstructing report of crime, dismissed.

Emily Daggett, 19, of Rockport, minor consuming liquor, dismissed.

Jacob A. Emerson Dare, 23, of Appleton, violating condition of release, $500 fine.

Jesse Davisson, 29, of North Haven, illegal transportation of animal or bird, $200 fine; night hunting, dismissed.

Coleman Dodd, 21, of Hope, assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail, restitution $760.52; criminal threatening, 30 days in jail.

John A. Elliot, 50, of Cushing, aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed; criminal mischief, $1,000 fine.

Ryan M. Glidden, 28, of Jefferson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.

Amber A. Gower, 28, of St. George, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Linda S. Edward E. Ricker, 31, of Bangor, operating under the influence (drugs or combination), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days. 

Tami Lyn Sears, 48, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

Kevin M. Sheppard, 50, of Warren, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1000 fine, eight months in jail; failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, 30 days in jail.

Kenneth J. Starr, 47, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Christopher Stephens, 35, of Warren, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Michael Thompson, 31, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, dismissed.

Jessie J. Tirrell, 28, of Union, aggravated assault, eight years in jail with all but three years suspended, probation three years; assault, five years in jail with all but three years suspended, probation two years.

Robert R. Walker, 66, of Rockport, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, $1200 fine.
