Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 16-23.
Derek S. Pomeroy, 38, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort Aug. 6, 2021, $250 fine.
Thomas Edgecomb, 34, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks March 20, 2024, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine.
Heather L. Cunningham, 34, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity May 9, 2024, four months in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine.
Daniel Haggert, 35, of Milford, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Unity July 20, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity July 20, 364 days in jail with all but three days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Unity July 20, 48 hours in jail.
Richard R. Jordan, 65, of Derry, New Hampshire, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs Oct. 21, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Stockton Springs Oct. 21, dismissed.
Eric A. Kiernan, 49, of Belfast, indecent conduct in Belfast Aug. 6, 12 days in jail; assault in Belfast Aug. 6, 12 days in jail and $300 fine.
Eric Gould, 38, of Prospect, attaching false plates in Waldo Sept. 13, $150 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Waldo Sept. 13, $150 fine.
Amanda M. Thornton, 36, of Searsmont, operating under the influence in Searsmont Sept. 23, 10 days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond restriction/conditions) in Searsmont Sept. 23, $150 fine.
Travis S. Dodge, 34, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Nov. 25, $250 fine; criminal trespass in Unity Nov. 25, $250 fine.
Chad Fairbrother, 23, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Monroe Dec. 29, $100 restitution, unconditional discharge.
Kaleb Nason, 19, of Hartland, terrorizing in Unity Dec. 14, $300 fine.
Travis J. Veilleux, 22, of Unity, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Unity Dec. 5, not guilty.
Matthew D. Foley, 53, of Unity, theft of services in Belfast Dec. 15, 24 hours in jail and $27.49 restitution.
Robert Debeck, 35, of Orono, attaching false plates in Winterport Jan. 8, $100 fine.
Steven J. Carr, 35, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast March 17, seven days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 17, seven days in jail.
Chase R. McIntire, 28, of Knox, operating after registration suspended in Belmont Feb. 1, dismissed.
Jacob A. Moulton, 34, of Searsmont, operating a vehicle without a license in Liberty Jan. 31, $100 fine; operating without a license in Belmont Feb. 1, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont Feb. 1, $250 fine.
Jeremy Flagg, 27, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Searsport Nov. 7, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine.
Leif McClellan, 41, of Searsmont, operating an unregistered ATV in Searsport Feb. 14, $200 fine.
Kyle Anderson, 31, of Burnham, operating an unregistered snowmobile in Unity Feb. 22, $200 fine.
Aurimas M. Bukauskas, 32, of Portland, unattended lines in Liberty Jan. 30, $100 fine.
Ryan McGehe, 51, of Vassalboro, violating a fishing rule in Liberty Feb. 9, $100 fine.
