ROCKLAND — Richard E. Penney, 65, long time Ferraiolo Construction employee, died unexpectedly on July 4, 2016, with his loving family at his side, at Maine Medical Center in Portland.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday, July 11, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St. in Rockland, where a celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 12, at 4 p.m.
