ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Rockland District Court from June 13-17.

Christopher D. Clancy, 23, of Rockland, operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, $850 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Ernest Neri, 71, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Abbey E. Turner, 34, of Augusta, probation violation, original conviction for unlawful possession of scheduled drug, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
