Knox County Superior, Rockland District courts, closed cases

ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from May 16-20.
Superior Court
Michael F. Ausplund, 37, of St. George, unlawful possession of oxycodone.
Rebecca L. Hinsey, 61, of Cushing, burglary, dismissed; stealing drugs, two years in prison with all but two years suspended, probation two years; criminal trespass, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.
Rockland District Court
Kevin M. Allen, 49, of Camden, operating under the influence, $500 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days.
