ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Court from Feb. 22-26. The Unified Criminal Court is a system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.

Damian N. Benner, 18, of South Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; possession of marijuana, up to ¼ ounce, $350 fine.

James M. Benner, 31, of South Thomaston, possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, $350 fine; hunting without valid license, $100 fine.

Zebadiah D. Campbell, 19, of North Haven, possessing unregistered deer, $300 fine.

Travis Carter, 29, of Waldoboro, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, $350 fine.

Jason Corbett, 20, of Rockport, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.

John J. V. Crane, 24, of Port Clyde, failing to make written or oral accident report, $250 fine.

Laura D. Davies, 40, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Christian J. Dorff, 21, of Ambler, Pa., fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

Gregory Dove, 56, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Emily E. Dyer, 20, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

Samantha  Edwards, 21, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

Matthew R. Gonsalves, 23, of Friendship, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Thomas Henry Haig, 20, of Greenwich, Conn., fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

Ronald Allen Harding, 41, of Owls Head, aggravated criminal mischief, five years in prison, all but 18 month suspended, probation two years, $6576.00 restitution; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, five years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, probation two years, $6576.00 restitution; carrying concealed weapon, six months in jail;  illegal possession of a firearm, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, probation two years, $6,576.00 restitution; refusal to submit to arrest or detention, bodily injury, six months in jail.

Brian Henningsen, 50, of Appleton, violation of rule deer permit, $300 fine.

Philip D. Hilt Jr., 33, of Union, operating under the influence, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Thomas M. Iott, 32, of South Thomaston, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Jason W. Johns, 47, of Rockport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

Tanya Lynn Landry, 42, of Trevett, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Matthew J. Leigh, 19, of Washington, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

Caleb Leland, 18, of Warren, failing to timely register deer, moose, turkey, $300 fine.

Robert Lemoine, 44, of Rockland, operating under the influence, $700 fine.

Denise K. Massicotte, 50, of Union, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed; operating under the influence (drugs or combo)  $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, dismissed; operating vehicle without license, $150 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report, $350 fine.

Brandon E. McAuliffe, 19, of Warren, minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

Bryan Nadeau, 29, of Rockland, violating protection from abuse order, $500 fine.

Brianna E. Neild, 25, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; possessing revoked, mutilated, fictitious or fraudulent license or identification card, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Betty A. Nickerson, 51, of Lincolnville, negotiating a worthless instrument, $250 fine, $593.70 restitution.

Susan A. Oliver, 53, of Rockland, operating under the influence, $800 fine, license 150 days.

Crystal Parmenter, 31, of Washington, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Tyler J. Philbrook, 27, of Rockland, driving to endanger, $1,000 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Taylor W. Plummer, 23, of Swanville, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Neal A. Ross Jr., 34, of Damariscotta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

Richelle R. Ross, 31, of Damariscotta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine.

Bret W. Simendinger, 29, of Rockland, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Selena L. Staples, 26, of Tenants Harbor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, $44 restitution.

James T. Temple, 19, of Waldoboro, fishing without valid license, $100 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, priors, $350 fine.

Denton D. Tinch, 44, of Rockport, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine.

James T. Vanasse, 26, of Tenants Harbor, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Kody Wallace, 22, of Rockport, two counts of violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

Glenn Weeks, 19, of Warren, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, $350 fine.
