Knox Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Court from Feb. 15-19. The Unified Criminal Court is a system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.
Richard Butler, 36, of Rockland, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 45 days in jail.
Margaret J. Campbell, 51, of Friendship, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
George H. Gross, 57, of Vinalhaven, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $200 fine.
Stephen L. Mills, 46, of Warren, operating under the influence, $500 fine.
William J. Noble, 21, of Searsport, criminal mischief, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $500 restitution.
Corwin Allen Olds, 36, of Rockport, violating condition of release, dismissed.
Matthew Glen Pearse, 41, of Hope, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail.
Roscoe Sargent, 42, of Bangor, assault, dismissed; assault on an officer, five years in prison; trafficking in prison contraband; one year in prison.
Tyler Dean Uehling, 26, of Warren, assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, 364 days in prison, restitution $785.94; assault on an officer, 27 months in prison.
