Rockport Police beat: Marijuana possession, insurance, seatbelt and inspection violations
ROCKPORT – Rockport police reported the following activity Feb. 2-10. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Feb. 2
Andrew McGrath, 35, of Fayette, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for seatbelt violation.
Feb. 3
Chase McIntire, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for inspection and insurance violations.
David A. Quach, 28, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for seatbelt violation.
Christopher T. Long, 37, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Smith for seatbelt violation.
Feb. 6
Jacob A. Levangie-Thompson, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for speeding 55 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone.
Philip Bess, 31, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Shaw for insurance violation.
Feb. 7
Misti D. Norwood, 25, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for insurance violation.
Sophia J. Forzetting, 26, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Smith for seatbelt violation.
Kody N. Wallace, 22, of Rockport, was arrested by Smith for violating conditions of release and issued a summons for possession of useable amount of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
Feb. 8
Danielle M. Pieroce, 19, of Damariscotta, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation and failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.
Patricia E. Mitchell, 73, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
Brian Stone, 41, of Warren, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
Feb. 10
Curtis A. Craig, 41, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
Nancy W. Smith, 68, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
