ROCKPORT – Rockport police reported the following activity Oct. 12-19. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sept. 26 (late entry)

Jonah Haggett, 37, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for operating under the influence.

Oct. 10 (late entry)

Ronald C. Haven, 68, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Officer Cooper Plaisted for operating after suspension.

Oct. 12

Gary C. Billington, 54, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for inspection violation.

Gregory A. Rogerson, 34, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for disorderly conduct.

Oct. 13

Eden A. Aiken, 20, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 52 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Gary E. Conteita, 55, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for imprudent speed.

Oct. 14

John M. Frye, 56, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to register a motor vehicle 30-150 days.

Blaine W. Harriman, 51, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.

Ashley Conley, 31, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to produce license.

Oct. 15

Hannah M. Berta, 24, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Plaisted for inspection violation.

Gretchen A. Scott, 45, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Officer Craig Cooley for speeding 55 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Ronald D. MacLeod, 35, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Cooley for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Oct. 16

Daniel Street, 22, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for improper passing.

Sandee L. Havunen, 48, of Hope, was issued a summons by Cooley for speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Oct. 19

Seth Neal, 35, of Northport, was issued a summons by Smith for speeding 62 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Renee Johnson, 45, of Spruce Head, was issued a summons by Moore for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone.
