Camden Police beat: Drug possession, passing vehicle stopped at crosswalk, arrest warrants
CAMDEN – Camden police reported the following activity Sept. 1-30. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Sept. 2
Alan Towers, 71, of North Salem, N.Y., was issued a summons by Officer Tim Davis for passing vehicle stopped at crosswalk.
Juvenile, was issued a summons by Davis for imprudent speed.
Sept. 4
Cooper Krause, 20, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Davis for failure to produce insurance.
Sept. 10
Diane Peterson, 51, of Camden, was issued a warrant by Officer Wes Butler for unpaid fines and fees.
Todd Knowlton, 32, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Davis for open container in vehicle.
Sept. 11
Lianne McCluskey, 23, of Hope, was issued a summons by Davis for failure to produce insurance.
Sept. 18
Gabriel Delano, 22, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Davis for summons to produce insurance.
Sept. 19
Arlen Riggs, 19, of Hope, was arrested by Officer Jeff Boudreau for violation of condition of release; possession of schedule W drug.
Ralph Cline, 54, of Spruce Head, was arrested by Officer Brook Hartshorn for criminal trespass.
Sept. 20
Joshua Berry, 23, of Lincolnville, was arrested by Davis for probation violation.
Sept. 21
Jeremy Rich, 18, of Camden, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Curt Andrick for failure to appear.
Sept.24
David Allen, 29, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Davis for speeding 18 miles over limit.
Sept. 27
Espen McQuartters, 20, of Camden, was arrested by Sgt. Tooley and Butler for operating under the influence and operating motor vehicle without license; was issued a summons for illegal possession of alcohol by minor.
