BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Sept. 27 - Oct. 2. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Sept. 27

Randy Elwell, 18, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal restraint on Pearl Street.

Sept. 29

April L. Moulton, 40, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Belmont Avenue.

Robert Gould, 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Swan Lake Avenue.

Oct. 2

Robert Vellaro, 38, of Northport, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and operating after suspension on Searsport Avenue.
