LIBERTY — Pamela J. (Libby) Shorey, 50, of Liberty, passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 8, 2015, at her home. She was born Nov. 2, 1964, in Skowhegan, the daughter of Clyde and Janice (Young) Libby.

Pam attended high school in Skowhegan and Madison. She worked as a stitcher her whole career, working on shoes, tailgate nets and many other items. She most recently worked at Little River Apparel. Her hobbies included arts and crafts, but her greatest love was for her spouse, children and grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her mother. Pam is survived by her father, Clyde Libby Jr. of Madison; her loving husband, Mark Shorey of Liberty; her children, Jessica Libby of Skowhegan, Joshua Libby and his wife, Amanda, of Fairfield, and Katrina Shorey of Augusta; four siblings, John, Rhonda, Tracy and Rick; her grandchildren, Marissa, Clyde, Shawn and Nuala; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and her dog, Scout.

A celebration of her Life will be held Friday, Sept. 18 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Riposta Funeral Home in Belfast.
