BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 3-8. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Sept. 3

Deputy Darrin Moody responded to the scene of a deer vs. vehicle accident on Route 1 in Stockton Springs, near the intersection of Blueberry Lane. The vehicle received minor damage. Neither the operator or passenger were injured. 

Sept. 4

Branden Thompson, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for two charges of failure to pay fines.

Sept. 5

Ann W. Woodrow, 73, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 235 in Lincolnville.
