BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported the following activity Aug. 28 - Sept. 1. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Aug. 20 (late entry)

Philip S. Cook, 22, of Lincolnville, was issued summonses for criminal speed (77 mph in a 45 mph zone) and driving to endanger on Belfast Road in Lincolnville.

Aug. 28

Justin Hardesty, 30, of Palermo, was arrested for possession of schedule Z drugs, possession of schedule W drugs, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief on Nelson Lane in Palermo, stemming from an incident Aug. 27.

Sean Walker, 30, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 220 n Thorndike.

Pamela Lowing, 47, of Thorndike, was arrested for aggravated assault on Route 139 in Thorndike.

Wade A. Beattle, 20, of Unity, was issued a summons for illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Quince Lane in Unity. 

Daniel R. Eastland, 20, of Unity, was issued a summons for illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Quince Lane in Unity. 

William L. Desmarais, 20, of Unity, was issued summonses for illegal possession of liquor by a minor and furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor on Quince Lane in Unity. 

Camden H. Marshall, 20, of Unity, of Unity, was issued summonses for illegal possession of liquor by a minor and furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor on Quince Lane in Unity. 

Aug. 29

Sarah J. Manning, 30, of Brooks, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 7 in Waldo. 

Pamela L. Gilmore, 50, of Waldo, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Road in Waldo. 

Thomas Bubar, 30, of Burnham, was arrested for domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing on Perkins Road in Burnham. 

Aug. 31

Deputy Darrin Moody responded to the scene of a two vehicle accident on Route 1 in Frankfort. The operator of a vehicle traveling northbound reportedly exited the pavement on the right side of the road before coming back onto the pavement, where it skidded sideways across the center line. The vehicle struck a vehicle traveling southbound. Both vehicles were towed. The operator of the first vehicle was transported to Waldo County General Hospital for incapacitating injuries. The second operator was uninjured. 

Sept. 1

Robert Beaulieu, 44, of Skowhegan, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Belfast Road in Knox.
