BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity May 20 - June 4.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
May 20
Everett J. Gowen, 21, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on High Street.
May 21
Heather Leblanc. 39, of Belmont, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on High Street.
May 23
Michael J. Goulart, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Back Belmont Road, stemming from an incident March 24.
May 26
Brianna N. Eveler, 31, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Charles Street.
May 28
Philip J. Dulude, 56, of Swanville, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Northport Ave.
June 1
Brandon Ray, 30, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear.
Josiah J. Eikelboom, 45, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence on Swan Lake Ave.
June 2
Ralph E. Rolfe, 26, of Waldo, was arrested for refusing to stop for a law enforcement officer, criminal speed, and operating after suspension on High Street.
