Jacob Roberts, 42, of Milton, New Hampshire, domestic violence assault in Unity Oct. 8, 2022, dismissed; criminal mischief in Unity Oct. 8, 2022, $500 fine.
Elvis N. Robbins, 70, of Belfast, indecent conduct in Searsport Sept. 2, 2022, 13 days in jail; indecent conduct in Belfast April 27, 2024, five days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 27, 2024 five days in jail.
Paul A. Mason III, 51, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence assault in Brooks Dec. 7, 2022, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Brooks Dec. 7, 2022, unconditional discharge.
Jamie M. Freeman, 39, of Brooks, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks July 3, 2023, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast June 19, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 19, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast June 19, $100 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 19, 48 hours in jail; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Dec. 29, $150 fine.
Gabriel J. Palmer, 23, of Montville, reckless conduct in Liberty Nov. 18, 2023, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Liberty Nov. 18, 2023, dismissed.
Yannick B. Moutassie, 43, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Belfast March 12, 2024 364 days in jail with all but nine days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 12, 2024, seven days in jail and $250 fine.
Trista M. Melia, 31, of Sullivan, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Prospect June 6, 30 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Prospect June 6, 30 days in jail and $500 fine.
Deanna Widdecomb, 37, of Vinalhaven, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Winterport June 13, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Winterport June 13, $300 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 27, $300 fine.
Marc Milhomme, 35, of Columbia Falls, violating a condition of release in Belfast June 27, $500 fine.
Andrew Armstrong, 39, of Belmont, violating a condition of release in Belmont Nov. 18, seven days in jail.
Jules Junget, 39, of Rockland, assault on an officer in Lincolnville Dec. 15, dismissed.
Tyler W. Hudson, 34, of Palermo, violating a protection from abuse order in Montville Dec. 17, dismissed.
Steven J. Carr, 25, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsport Dec. 30, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport Dec. 30, 30 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast March 7, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 7, 30 days in jail.

Tracy S. Clark, 50, of Osborn, attaching false plates in Liberty Jan. 24, 24 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Liberty Jan. 25, 48 hours in jail.
Donovan O. Conary, 27, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Searsport April 25, four days in jail.
Deborah L. Hodgdon, 45, of Frankfort, misuse of the emergency 9-1-1 system in Frankfort April 26, 48 hours in jail.
