Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 10-16.
Marshall H. Lowe, 61, of Jackson, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Jackson Oct. 1, 2020, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Jackson Nov. 4, 2020, six years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Brooks Jan. 30, 2023, dismissed.
Melissa J. Boucher, 49, of Windham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 19, 2022, 48 hours in jail.
William A. Grunwald, 61, of Bucksport, arson in Belfast Oct. 2, 2022, dismissed; aggravated criminal mischief in Belfast Oct. 2, 2022, five years in prison with all but eight months suspended and two years of probation.
Sasha A. LaFlamme, 34, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast April 24, 2023, dismissed.
Heath R. Mathieson, 32, of Montville, assault on an emergency medical care provider in Belfast May 5, 2023, dismissed; reckless conduct in Belfast May 5, 2023, unconditional discharge.
Nicole Moore, 39, of Jackson, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Jackson April 3, 2023, two years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; criminal conspiracy in Waldo County April 4, 2023, dismissed.
Dakota Wing, 26, of Searsport, probation violation in Stockton Springs Feb. 14, 2024, nine months in jail and probation partially revoked; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport June 19, nine months in jail and $400 fine.
Benjamin R. Young, 34, of Swanville, illegal possession of a firearm in Swanville May 13, one year in prison with all but 10 days suspended and one year of probation; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville May 13, $400 fine for each count.
Heather L. Cunningham, 34, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity May 9, four months in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine.
Christopher R. Harriman, 31, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast June 28, dismissed.
Daniel R. Therrien, 39, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast July 31, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 31, 90 days in jail.
Troy Trout, 48, of Northport, indecent conduct in Northport Sept. 3, 45 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Northport Sept. 3, five days in jail.
Tyler A. Inman, 26, of Frankfort, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Frankfort Sept. 12, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Sept. 12, dismissed.

Alonzo Perkins, 69, of Unity, indecent conduct in Unity July 26, dismissed.
Ryan T. Paradis, 21, of Searsport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Searsport July 15, dismissed.
Raymond D. Cohen, three counts of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Brooks Oct. 29, all dismissed; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Brooks Oct. 29, five years in prison with all but 161 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine.
Jason C. Ross Denner, 30, of Belfast, fishing without a valid license in Swanville Feb. 22, $100 fine.
