Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 2-10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Jan. 2
Kevin Ellis, 66, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating without a license and attaching false plates on Main Street.
Jan. 4
Brian Sanderson, 46, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release, operating after suspension, and furnishing of a schedule W drug on Congress Street.
Shawn M. O’Brien, 39, of Belfast, was arrested for furnishing of schedule W drugs and violating a condition of release on Kaler Road.
Jan. 6
Michael S. Hopkins, 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 1 in Belfast.
