BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Dec. 27 - Jan. 1.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Dec. 29
John C. Jardine, 38, of Greenville, was arrested for failure to appear.
Dec. 31
Elvis N. Robbins, 69, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
Kelly Autry, 48, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release, operating after suspension, and operating under the influence on Route 3.
Jeremy Williams, 63, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence in Belfast.
