BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 17-30.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Nov. 17
Shannon L. Small, 46, of Searsport, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a condition of release on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville.
Nov. 27
Daniel W. Lyford, 33, of Frankfort, was arrested for three counts of failure to appear.
Nov. 28
Donovan Mitchell, 27, of Monroe, was arrested for operating after suspension, attaching false plates, falsifying physical evidence and violating a condition of release on Loggin Road in Frankfort.
