BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Aug. 13-31.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Aug. 13

Jammie Gamble, 48, of Prospect, was issued a summons for assault on High Street. 

Aug. 21

Valerie A. Rigby, 37, of Montville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave. 

Crystal L. Betts, 44, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave. 

Aug. 31

Benjamin Staples, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Swan Lake Ave.
