BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Aug. 2-8.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Aug. 2
Christopher A. Ortiz, 30, of Orland, was issued summonses for theft by deception and home construction repair fraud on Cottage Street.
Aug. 3
Thomas J. Smalley, 26, of Thomaston, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 1.
Aug. 5
Terry F. Lee, 60, of Searsmont, was arrested for operating under the influence on Lincolnville Ave.
