BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity July 28 - Aug. 3.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
July 28
Taylor Plummer, 30, of Swanville, was issued a summons for theft of services, stemming from an incident July 13, on Main Street.
Christopher W. Kelley, 50, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave.
July 29
Jeffrey B. Stout, 46, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on High Street.
Tracy Dyer, 47, of Belfast, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault on Searsport Ave.
