BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity April  3-18. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

April 3

Christopher J. Allen, 23, of Bucksport, was issued summonses for burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating a condition of release, and criminal mischief on Bangor Road in Prospect.  

April 10

Dianne C. Titton, 63, of Auburn, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and violating a condition of release on Acadia Highway in Montville.

April 11

Lane Quinn, 22, of Burnham, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Belfast Road in Knox. 

April 13

Wayne W.  Bickford,40, of Montville, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Augusta/ Belfast Road in Liberty.
