BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 23-29.
Heather L. Davis, 43, of Brooklin, four counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Winterport March 19, 2021, $400 fine for each count.
Donald H. Resh Jr., 47, of Gouldsboro, unlawful possession of heroin in Belfast March 26, 2021, 95 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 26, 2021, 95 days in jail.
Korinn N. Wellman, 20, of Winslow, minor transporting liquor in Thorndike Dec. 1, license suspended for 30 days and $200 fine.
