Agents seized two bags of suspected heroin concealed within two locations of the vehicle's trunk. The total weight of the suspected heroin was about 66 grams – the equivalent of 660 doses with a street value of $20,000. Also found were packing materials and $640. in suspected drug proceeds.
Vasquez and Rodriguez were arrested and transported to the Aroostook County Jail where bail was set at $25,000 cash each. The investigation is continuing.
