BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court Sept. 21- Oct. 1.

Kane T. Ackley, 30, of Swanville, burglary in Belfast Jan. 21, two years in prison with all but four months suspended, two years of probation and $220 restitution. 

Roland J. Allison III, 58, of Bucksport, gross sexual assault in Stockton Springs March 27, 1999, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Raven Sinclair, 21, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Oct. 8, 2013, $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast Oct. 8, 2013, dismissed. 

Stephen A. Smith, 27, of Brooks, probation violation in Unity Sept. 27, 2014, nine months in jail and probation partially revoked. 

Clover E. Vega, 30, of Augusta, operating under the influence in Winterport Dec. 28, 2011, six months in jail license suspended for six years, registration suspended and $1,00 fine; violating condition of release in Winterport Dec. 28, 2011, 30 days in jail; refusing to sign a uniform summons complaint in Winterport Dec. 28, 2011, 30 days in jail; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Winterport Dec. 28, 2011, three years in prison with all but two years suspended, one year of probation and $2,000 fine.
