BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court Sept. 4-18.

Dorothy Nichols, 36, of Burnham, criminal invasion of computer privacy in Burnham April 14, 2014, $250 fine; aggravated criminal invasion of computer privacy in Burnham April 14, 2014, dismissed.

Bret A. Reid, 33, of East Machias, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 21, 2009, dismissed.

Heidy Tirado, 38 of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three charges) in Unity Dec. 16, 40 hours in jail for each charge; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Dec. 22, three years in prison with all but 40 days suspended, two years of probation and $4,214 restitution.

Randolph West, 51, of Thorndike, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Troy June 25, 2014, dismissed.
