BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity May 27 - June 10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
May 27
James I. Olofson, 45, of Detroit, was arrested based on a warrant and was issued a summons for operating when license suspended or revoked on Prairie Road in Unity.
May 28
Ricky L. Seekins, 53, of Brooks, was issued summonses for attaching false plates, two counts unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, and five counts of violating a condition of release on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks.
Jonathan E. Kinney, 45, of Winterport, was issued a summons for assault on N. Main Street in Winterport.
June 3
David Craig, 44, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle on Muskrat Farm Road in Prospect.
June 8
Jarid R. Polley, 30, of Wilmington, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit on Route 3 in Palermo.
