Waldo County Sheriff’s Office beat: Summonses for driving violations, arrests for not paying fines

BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 12-18. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Feb. 12
Crystal Betts, 36, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to pay fines.
Feb. 13
Michal R. Boivin, 35, of Unity, was issued summonses for operating with an expired license and a seat belt violation on Route 220 in Troy.
Feb. 14
Justin L. Foster, 28, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Pond Hill Road in Brooks.
Feb. 15
Serena L. Brown, 28, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Lincolnville Avenue in Belfast.
Jamie Brown, 36, of Sullivan, was arrested for failure to pay fines (six charges).
