BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Oct. 3-9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Sept. 23 (late entry)

Billy Joe Hall, 28, of Monroe, was issued a summons for cultivation of marijuana on Route 139 in Monroe.

Oct. 3

Nikalee Esposito, 25, of Rockland, was issued a summons for violating conditons of release on Route 220 in Liberty.

Oct. 6

Yochanan Golan, 69, of Yoone, Israel, was arrested for assault at Duck Trap Motel in Lincolnville.

Oct. 8

Harold E. Leathers, 45, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 1 in Winterport.
