BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Dec. 15-26. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 15

Bryan H. Mann, 52, of Dorchester, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Pinnacle Road in Liberty.

Dec. 17

Matthew B. McIver, 37, of Monroe, was arrested for violating a condition of release and endangering the welfare of a child on Moosehead Trail in Brooks.

Dec. 19

Ashley A. Harvey, 34, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Prairie Road in Unity. 

Ashley Lane, 28, of Frankfort, was arrested for failure to appear.

Dec. 20

Bradley J. Beeton, 37, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for criminal trespass and illegal possession of a firearm on Sylvan Street in Stockton Springs.
