BELFAST The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Nov. 17 - Dec. 8.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Nov. 17
Sean D. Cookson, 38, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Mt. Ephraim Road in Searsport.
Dec. 2
Andrea Crawford, 58, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for harassment in Searsmont.
Dec. 4
Jeremy A. Bennoch, 47, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Fort Knox Road in Prospect.
