BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Aug. 10-25.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Aug. 10
Alisha L. Moulton, 35, of Belmont, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.
Aug. 13
Richard A. Henry, 60, of Troy, was issued a summons for indecent conduct on Rogers Road in Troy.
Aug. 22
Michael R. Roy, 41, of Winterport, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Cole Corner Road in Winterport.
