Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Feb. 6-20.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Feb. 6
Branden Spencer, 23, of Knox, was issued summonses for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, criminal speed, and eluding an officer on Valley Road in Brooks.
Feb. 14
Christopher Peppers, 36, of Waldo, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order on DIckey Hill Road in Monroe.
Daegan Moody, 21, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 1A in Frankfort.
Feb. 16
Victor Young, 67, of Searsport, was issued a summons for terrorizing on Stevens Road in Swanville, stemming from an incident Nov. 24.
Feb. 20
Samantha J. Rollins, 44, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and unauthorized use of a vehicle on Back Searsport Road in Searsport.
