BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Jan. 26 - Feb. 15. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Jan. 26

Laura Walton, 36, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Atlantic Highway in Lincolnville. 

Jan. 30

Marshall Lowe, 59, of Jackson, was issued summonses for two counts of violating a condition of release on Moosehead Trail in Brooks. 

Feb. 10

Evangeline C. White, 33, of Brewer, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on Thorndike Road in Unity.

Feb. 11

Dale A. Haskins, 24, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Stevens Road in Swanville. 

Feb. 12

Tony Nevells, 23 of Deer Isle, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1 in Belfast.
