BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Jan. 24-31.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Jan. 24

Mathis Houston, 28, of China, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Monroe Highway in Brooks.

Jan. 30

Shelby Tapley, 27, of Waldo, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Old County Road in Waldo. 

Theo Penney, 22, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Northport Ave. in Belfast. 

Jan. 31

Madeline R. Allen, 44, of Monroe, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage crash on Back Brooks Road in Monroe.
