Waldo County Sheriff beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity March 12-30.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
March 12
Richard Campo, 36, of Washington, was arrested for two counts of violating a condition of release and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Main Street in Morrill.
March 24
Kathleen A. Preston, 72, of Medford, was issued summonses for obstructing the report of a crime and domestic violence assault on Belfast Road in Knox.
March 25
Nicole R. Moore, 36, of Jackson, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage crash on School Street in Unity.
Kaitlyn Moms, 37, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.
Anthony A. Hybers, 30, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Primrose Street in Belfast.
March 26
Everett F. Hall, 56, of Belfast, was issued a summons for aiding escape on Brook Ave in Belfast, stemming from an incident March 25.
Daniel Therrien, 37, of Belfast, was issued a summons for aiding escape on Garden Way in Belfast, stemming from an incident March 25.
Rosemary Breen, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for aiding escape on Garden Way in Belfast, stemming from an incident March 25.
