ROCKPORT – Rockport police reported the following activity Sept. 8-14. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sept. 8

Carol Blasi, 59, of Tenants Harbor, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.

Kathryn J. Johnson, 22, of Warren, was used a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for insurance violation.

Nacole L. Darling, 29, of Union, was issued a summons by Smith for operating after suspension.

Sept. 9

Kathryn M. Nichols, 58, of Jefferson, was issued a summons by Smith for operating an unregistered motor vehicle less than 90 days.

Sept. 10

Thomas Wiggins, 47, of Nobleboro, was issued a summons by Officer Craig Cooley for inspection violation.

Ryan A. LaChance, 39, of Winslow, was issued a summons by Cooley for inspection violation.

Alisha A. Robbins, 44, of Bristol, was issued a summons by Cooley for inspection violation.

Ann Marie Fogg, 46, of Bristol, was issued a summons by Cooley for inspection violation.

Arnold S. Pease, 54, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Cooper Plaisted for terrorizing.

Sept. 11 

Patricia Kitchen, 57, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Cooley for speeding 43 mph in a 15 mph zone.

Christopher Thomas, 37, of Belfast, was arrested by Plaisted for a warrant.

Hannah M. Brewer, 19, of Boothbay Harbor, was issued a summons by Cooley for speeding 31 mph in a 15 mph zone.

Sept. 12

Allan S. Gustafson, 44, of Somerville, was issued a summons by Plaisted for operating under the influence.

Rachel Libby, 47, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for speeding 56 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Sept. 13

Colleen M. Flanagan, 54, of Camden, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Dylan Scheerer, 51, of Union, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation.

Roger Hollins, 63, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to register motor vehicle less than 150 days; insurance violation.

Denise A. Marriner, 57, of Liberty, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.

Stephanie S. Viens, 39, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Smith for insurance violation.

Jennifer L. Booter, 41, of New Sharon, was issued a summons by Smith for operating after suspension; insurance violation.

Sept. 14

Celena Widdecomb, 63, of Rockville, was arrested by Smith for a warrant.

Kendall Whitehall, 21, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 54 mph in a 30 mph zone.

Morgan Kirkham, 37, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for seat belt violation.

Holly A. Landry, 41, of Union, was issued a summons by Smith for seat belt violation.
