Rockport Police beat: Speeding, disorderly conduct, operating after suspension
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity March 1-6. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
March 1
Joshua D. Kaupala, 29, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for inspection violation.
March 2
Andrew Anderson, 57, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for disorderly conduct; failure to submit to arrest or detention.
March 4
Susan A. Klemmer, 60, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to register a motor vehicle 30-150 days.
Wesley J. Ehle, 30, of Friendship, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to register a motor vehicle 30-50 days; insurance violation.
March 5
Justin D. Henry, 26, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for insurance violation.
Andrew Miller, 25, of Durham, was issued a summons by Ford speeding 58 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Sarah Pike, 27, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation; improper plates.
Michael Freeman, 50, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith operating after suspension.
Casey Blackington, 42, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Smith for seat belt violation.
Christine Elwell, 46, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Ford for operating after suspension.
March 6
Jacob A. Corney, 20, of Camden, was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone.
