ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Feb. 16-22. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Feb. 6 (late entries)

Lacey Lermond, 18, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for violating conditions of release.

Christopher Zak, 23, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Shaw for driving to endanger.

Feb. 13 (late entry)

Paul K. Legasse, 36, of Camden, was arrested by Shaw for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, operating under the influence.

Feb. 16

Tristan Slaymaker, 23, of Union, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for seatbelt violation.

Sara M. Pendleton, 39, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Smith for insurance violation.

Feb. 17

Bradford Scott, 42, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Shaw for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Adam Holbrook, 19, of Hope, was issued a summons by Shaw for attaching false plates and inspection violation.

Feb. 18

Karl Kaufmann, 50, of Union, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for operating under the influence.

Scott Hanning, 60, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Moore for insurance violation.

Feb. 19

Robert L. Morgan, 46, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Craig Cooley for insurance violation. 

Feb. 20

Molly Mellor, 21, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Moore for criminal speeding.

Danielle Pendeleton, 27, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Shaw for unregistered motor vehicle.

Feb. 21

Bernard Bishop, 26, of Warren, was issued a summons by Moore for unregistered motor vehicle.

Anthony W. Pike, 38, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.

Natasha E. Levin, 31, of Northport, was issued a summons by Smith for unregistered motor vehicle, 30-150 days.

Shane R. Burns, 36, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for insurance violation.

Feb. 22

George T. Gendron, 33, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Smith for operating after suspension.

Jason Gage, 27, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for operating after suspension.

Ronald A. Johnson, 43, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
