Rockport Police beat: Operating after suspension, speeding, improper passing
ROCKPORT – Rockport police reported the following activity Aug 4-12. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Anthony Kirklan, 20, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Aug. 4
George Fletcher, 42, of Augusta, was issued a summons by Officer Cooper Plaisted for a seatbelt violation.
Aug. 6
Emily Pease, 18, of Warren, was issued a summons by Shaw for speeding sixty miles per hour in a 40 mile per hour zone.
Aug. 7
Lucas Kuhn, 21, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Plaisted for a seatbelt violation.
James Dickey, 54, of Vinalhaven, was issued a summons by Plaisted for an inspection violation, insurance violation.
Alexander Merrifield, 27, of Hope, was issued a summons by Plaisted for speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Kurt Gentalen, 44, of Tenants Harbor, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for operating under the influence, insurance violation, possession of an open container of alcohol.
Aug. 8
Lisa Cheboltz, 43, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for an inspection violation.
Aug. 9
Andrew Eagen, 22, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for a seatbelt violation, smoking with children in the car 16-years-old or younger.
Craig Simmons, 48, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for operating after suspension.
Seth Howard, 40, of Morrill, was issued a summons by Ford for an inspection violation.
Aug. 10
Carleton P. Darling, 31, of St. George, was issued a summons by Ford for operating after suspension.
Ryan Parker, 19, of Warren, was issued a summons by Smith for operating with an expired registration more than 150 days.
Alyson Perkins, 40, of Bangor, was issued a summons by Smith for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license more than 90 days.

David Quach, 27, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for an inspection violation.
Harriet Kearns, 67, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for improper passing.
A juvenile, of South Thomaston, was issued a summons by Smith for a seatbelt violation.
Bath Industrial Sales Company, of West Bath, was issued a summons by Plaisted for an inspection violation.
